This Turret Simulator is based on a Wegmann trainer. It is updated and converted to a simulator including interface to original parts and complemented with replicas of MSE design.

The turret simulator completely emulates the characteristics of the original unit and is ready for interfacing the simulation host.

The simulator is an advanced turret trainer for Commander, Loader and Gunner. The Loader practice by means of an all-automatic loading-trainer device. Gunner and Commander have fully equipped simulator environments.

The electrical drive system allows 360 degrees of freedom of movement in azimuth and has full elevation capability.

Via the turret logics, the instructor is able to force fault conditions. Thus giving the possibility to simulate abnormal circumstances.
