MSE receives order on air defence training system development

The training equipment specialist, MSE Weibull AB, has received a contract from Saab Bofors Dynamics to update its top-of-the-line RBS70 GBAD trainer.

 

Since many years MSE has been successfully delivering the hardware simulation platform to the Saab Bofors Dynamics RBS70 trainer. The system embraces simulator stand, sight and computers with fully integrated electronics, all ready for software installation.

 

The latest order embraces a number of steps to further improve the existing system and make it ready for the demands of tomorrow, such as enhanced modularity, new electronics and optics solutions.

MSE Weibull AB, the training equipment specialist, based in the southern part of Sweden is a company with a long tradition of finding new solutions and integrating complex systems. For more than 50 years MSE Weibull has been working together with different military organisations and the defence industry to develop and produce training equipment. Among others, MSE provides loading training systems, GBAD simulators, live firing training equipment and flight simulator cockpit replicas.

This contract further confirms the long term fruitful business co-operation between MSE Weibull and Saab Bofors Dynamics.
